Synthesis and photoinitiated polymerization of new ionic liquid methacrylates

چکیده

Synthesis of new ionic liquid methacrylates and dimethacrylates is described comprising ammonium structures various anions (bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide (NTf2), tris(pentafluoroethyl)trifluorophosphate (FAP), triflate (TFl), trifluoroacetate (TFAc)). The structure the anion has a stronger effect on both melting behavior photopolymerization kinetics compared to cation pattern. Photo-differential scanning calorimetry investigation shows significant differences in polymerization rate final conversion depending technique (bulk or solution using an as solvent) monomer under consideration. results show that NTf2 FAP should be preferred over TFl TFAc crosslinking photoinitiated because result faster higher conversion. Interestingly, presence methacrylate same dimethacrylate during increase may caused by lower crosslink density network formed, therefore, mobility process.
